Accessing the PeopleLink Development page
If you are accessing the system for the 1st time, click on the link from the intranet page or your .
If you are using an older PC/laptop make sure that you are using Google Chrome or a newer web browser (there is a guide to this on the PeopleLink intranet pages). Make sure you save the link as a favourite.
From the ‘Home’ screen select ‘Development’ from the main menu:
The Development page will now be displayed, to see the results of your Capability Review, click on Capability Analysis:
You can now see the analysis or each skill, the blue bar is your rating and the yellow bar the required level. Gaps will appear at the top of the list. You can discuss development options with your manager and if required add a ‘Development Objective’:
The Development Objective window will open:
Once the form is saved the Development Objective will appear in your Development Plan:
