Organizations or State bodies Data types (XLS DBF SQL CSV MDB) Complete document available containing the data map/requirements First step is data review followed by a development of a conversion action plan

COSTS Conversion Costs (one time start up) State Setup = $10.00
Local Setup = $5.00 (per Local) Record Charge = $.06 (per raw/input) Dupe / Conversion = $ (Flat Fee) Exceptions handled manually = $100/hour Special Conversions = $125/hour Will be addressed in specifications after data review

COSTS (continued) Annual Maintenance Costs:
Annual Maintenance = $.01/per active & inactive members within the body Billed Annually (January 1st) to Grand Recorder / Secretary of body Following conversion it will be prorated for the months remaining in that year.
