What’s the connection? Significant negative correlation between EI and personal accomplishment (Nastasa and Farcas 2015) EI coaching had no observable benefit on job satisfaction during organizational change (Seymour, et.al. 2017) Statement calling for the inclusion of EI curricula in Pharmacy education to promote CAPE outcomes (Nelson, et.al. 2015)
