2. Terms & Conditions
1. The Hirer shall have the right to occupy and use for a holiday the property specified on the booking form together with its facilities for the agreed period. Please bear in mind that you are responsible for your children's safety whilst in and around the property.
9. The property is a No smoking environment. Smoking is permitted on the balcony, roof terrace and within the grounds/gardens.
2. The number of persons using the accommodation shall not exceed the number of people listed on the booking form.
10. The Hirer shall permit the key holder the right of entry to the property at all reasonable times for the purpose of inspection or to carry out repairs deemed necessary to the property, or equipment.
3. The person booking the property will be responsible for the obligations and conditions of the booking.
11. Please take out your own insurance cover as the owners cannot be responsible for any loss incurred from theft or damage to your belongings.
4. The Hirer shall not pass his/her booking to another party.
12. Linen is provided i.e. sheets, pillow cases, duvet covers, towels, bathmats, tea towel are all included in the price.
5. In the event of cancellation by the Hirer the deposit will not be refunded – N/A
13. Travel cots and high chair are available upon request (we must point out that the travel cots are for children UNDER 2 only).
6. Any damages or breakages which may occur must be paid for. Accidental damages or breakages of a minor nature will not normally be charged.
14. Guests are asked to leave accommodation tidy when vacating.
7. Any complaints must be made known to the owner or key holder immediately. No complaints will be entertained at the end of the hiring period or after the hirer has departed.
15. Guests are asked to give consideration to other residents and not to cause nuisance or annoyance.
8. No Pets are allowed in the property.
16. Guests are asked to read and follow the apartment and complex rules which are located within the property.
