Polish with jeweler's rouge on a rag.

Draw the side views

Draw the top view

Line the drill up with the axle line and drill carefully

At this point, cut the car off the block.
Use whatever means are available ... table saw, hand saw, planer, etc.

Make a place for the saw blade to work inside the car

Cut out the end

Detach one end of the blade ...

Put the car around the blade ...

Fasten the blade and you're “good to go.”

A coping saw will do this job, too

Weigh all the pieces, allow for epoxy.

Pound weights into shape to fit Tape over the axle holes

Set weights so that they are ready to go in the right place.

Add Epoxy and fold the waxed paper over. Press to shape.
