Location and longevity (shared staffing will help your ‘bottom line’ – Economies of Scale) The management agreement Define the Roles and Expectations Transparency & Accountability Management software - Owner access to create efficiencies Owner’s do not appreciate the ‘dog and pony’ show inspections Communication – the key to success - Listen to understand, before demanding to be understood Transparency / Clarity / Responsibility –Does the team own 100% of what’s theirs to own?
