Explained the many different types of heart disease, including CAD
Located a leading, in-network cardiologist, arranged an expedited appointment and helped him develop a list of questions to ask
Contacted his doctor to coordinate the transfer of his medical records
Told him about the tests the cardiologist might consider, how they work and what they measure, including surgical options
Offered to be an ongoing resource during his treatment, helping to ease his anxiety
Helped sort out an invoice John received from the out-of-network lab that performed his blood work, advised him (and his doctor) about the importance of using in-network labs, and negotiated affordable monthly payments
