Composition of Stars Spectrum – a rainbow of made of millions colors.
Spectrograph – an instrument used to spread starlight out into colors. Emission lines – bright lines made with certain wavelengths of light. Absorption spectrum – a continuous spectrum with dark lines where less light gets through.
