Troubleshooting
On initial setup, if you are not being prompted to follow on screen instructions for registration, ensure that you are getting link activity on the Ethernet port; ensure that your HDMI cable is firmly seated in the Icon/Monitor and in the Lifesize Share
If Lifesize Share device is not showing up in the device list, make sure that you have completed set up by following the on screen prompts
If you are unable to log into your Lifesize Share Portal, first verify that you are using the correct credentials; this portal is different from the Lifesize Cloud Portal (no SSO, possibly different local credentials.) Second you can attempt to recover the password with the “Forgot your password?” link

13. Things to Remember
On Mobile, you can stream video or share a file from your mobile phone, but you cannot share your screen.
The ultrasonic technology uses a laptop’s microphone to audibly connect. A tone is sent from the in-room speakers and automatically detects the computer that wants to share. If the ultrasonic tone is not detected, a passcode will be provided.
Lifesize Share supports major browsers (Google Chrome™, Internet Explorer® 11, Microsoft® Edge, Safari®), but Chrome will provide the best performance. Screen sharing is only available from Chrome with the Lifesize Chrome Extension, found here; sharing a file or streaming video is available on all supported browsers.
Lifesize Phone/Phone-HD do not support Ultrasonic Pairing
Multiple users can queue-up to share, the current presenter has to stop their presentation first before the new presenter, can begin.
