We have read examples of tone in nonfiction, fiction, and poetry. Pick an example from each genre and explain how the author expresses tone through the work. How do they differ between the genres and how do they compare? The response must be one paragraph in length and it must include three quotes. It must address the tone and follow the CR template on the next slide. You will have the rest of the class period to complete.
