97% of our residents are satisfied with the service we provide Net Promoter Score = 62

93% of residents felt that CRHA kept them informed about things that might affect them as a resident; Residents were more satisfied with communication in 2016 compared 2014

Letter - 73%, - 44% home visit - 41%;

Residents preferred to get in touch with CRHA by : Using the telephone - 87% - 33%

15 Access to the internet 86% of CRHA residents had access to the Internet, 5% higher than 2014 (81%).

20 What we did need was… A “health-check” of our IT system to:
Review existing IT setup Discuss future requirements Advise on future options (including budget)

Interviewed all staff Contacted existing IT suppliers Produced a report with options & indicative budget

22 Next steps Report to Board
Some options too expensive, but “next best” solution found Recommendations incorporated in to 2018/2019 budget

Move to Office 365 & cloud services (in progress) More robust offsite backup solution (in progress) Introduce web portal (to be implemented during 2018)
