20. What we did need was… A “health-check” of our IT system to:
Review existing IT setup
Discuss future requirements
Advise on future options (including budget)

Produced a report with options & indicative budget

Some options too expensive, but “next best” solution found
Recommendations incorporated in to 2018/2019 budget
