The implementation of successful replacements for all products with contracts expiring in 2018 Fill critical gaps in functionality Improve the user experience through seamless integration of video services Improve the support model, either in terms of an improved user experience, reducing cost of support, or both Provide clear and frequent communications to academic units, the Division of IT, and the broader users community throughout the program
