Raymond Poulet (Raymond Poulet) was born in Paris in 1934, in a very poor family. He received a scholarship for admission to the school of decorative and fine arts in Paris. After graduation, he also attended courses of painting and sculptures of various art academies in Paris. In 1960 he took part in his first collective exhibition, followed by a continuous series of solo exhibitions in France and in the United States. Shortly after the success of the first exhibition of his paintings spread throughout the world. The inspiration for Raymond Poulet was the work of Braque, Picasso and Nicolas de Stael. Thus the career of an artist began with a role model in abstract painting, gradually turning into its own, recognizable style. Today, more than a hundred of his paintings have been purchased by private collectors.
