ESHAP Work Flow Interim Reviews
ALWAYS use Update type for VISPDAT, HSP, EOP ALWAYS use 30-day Review for Services Follow up Reviews ALWAYS use Update type for HSP, EOP VISPDAT’s HSP’s, EOP’s ONLY include the Head of Household – do not record on child’s record

ESHAP Workflow Point out Interim Review Type
Make sure all appropriate household members are checked

ESHAP Reports Compare number of clients with VISPDT’s >3, HSP’s on Stabilization Report to same clients on 30 day-check report If interim’s are entered correctly, numbers will match

ESHAP Reports EOP’s are listed on the Services received page
Can disregard as long as client did not return; focus should be on services within the last 30 days
