They can grow to be 40 to 80 feet
Needles can be 1 1/2 inches

Seeds from the tree give the animals nutrients
enjoys poorly drained soil
All over taiga forest

Black Bear:Habitat: Near rivers in dens; It is known to Hibernate
Bald Eagle:Habitat: Trees and cliffs; It can attack other members of the species for food
Bobcat:Habitat:Dens in logs;Territory can be up to 40 square miles
Lynx:Habitat:Logs and bushes; Has to sneak up on its prey, for it is very slow
Gray Wolf:Habitat:Dens;Live mostly in places with snow around
Grizzly Bear:Habitat:Cave-like dens; 75% of diet is 200 types of plants
Long-Eared Owl:Habitat:Hollows in trees;3D hearing
Red Fox:Habitat:Burrows;Hunted by Farmers

River Otter:Habitat: Dens near water; eyes near top of its head so it can see above water
Snowshoe Rabbit:Habitat:Burrows and bushes;knows how to escape predators by changing direction when chased
Wolverine:Habitat:Rock crevices;can live in 200 square miles of territory
