Objectives to exchange good practices in the field of HRM Assessment;
to raise awareness and knowledge about HRM performance assessment’s various models and tools; to involve the HRDs practitioners and HR Managers at the national level in the cooperation with the EUPAN (HRWG) and thus to improve networking between the HR managers; to assess and update the indicators given in the study and/or develop own indicators.

Realisation of practice/KPI template All participating members engage in an exercise of completing a limited number [3, 4, …] of practice/KPI templates

Actions [2] Mutual information with OECD concerning HR performance
Share KPI-inventories with the European Commission Agree on Lebanon and Algeria participating as observer in the LT Present status of the LT on the DG-meeting in Stockholm in December
