2 Your Role As a committee member, but also a friend, you are likely to care about your teammates and want to help If taking on a supportive role begins to impact on your own wellbeing, that’s when you need to think about where your responsibility starts and end Be known to your club members as the main contact for welfare advice and resources

3 Your Role Signpost students to the relevant support services
Maintain and enhance inclusivity within the club for all members, irrespective of characteristics or circumstances Receive training on recognising wellbeing concerns; methods of communication; and referral methods and support services

6 Improving Inclusivity Earn Your Stripes
Earn Your Stripes is an accreditation scheme which provides financial support and recognition to encourage Athletic Union clubs to become more inclusive and continually develop. 10 criteria 3 = bronze stripe & £150 support 5 = silver stripe & £200 support 7 = gold stripe & £300 support
