YORKDALE FINE CARS uses L.A. MOTORS to certify and repair its used cars. Vehicle passed Safety Certification yet was defective, including leaking exhaust and faulty brakes. How is this even possible?

Mandatory $595 Certification Fee Paid - All worn & defective parts are to be replaced prior to delivery
Vehicle safetied on a Saturday (garage closed) - How was that possible?
While in shop ‘being certified’ Yorkdale Fine Cars adds 4,698 kms to the vehicle (and denies it)
Multiple vehicle defects at time of delivery and for the following 98 days thereafter
Post-vehicle certification, independent garages, including Downtown Porsche Toronto, find exhaust leak, defective front brakes and engine requiring replacement ($45,000 repair)
Try to return vehicle unsuccessfully.
KNOW YOUR RIGHTS
Pursuant to the Motor Vehicle Dealers Act 2002, Regulation 50, you have 90 days from vehicle delivery to return your used car and cancel the Sales Agreement
