I want you to first consider the question “how do you spend time managing conflict?”
We spend much of our time handling problems as they arise. We critcise and discpline others as we see necessary in order to correct for behavior that may have led to a particular conflict or problem. However, we often are not paying attention to what other factors contributed to the current problem. It is often not only the behaviors of the person in question that cause a problem to occure, but also their thoughts and feelings, OUR thoughts and feelings, and the environmental as well.
