Week 1

2. Jose M.
“My building is about Rapunzel. Rapunzel was a stolen young princess. She was stolen by Mother Gothel.
I made Rapunzel and Mother Gothel. My building is tall and it has a window and Mother Gothel is climbing Rapunzel’s hair.
I worked hard to build it because it kept on falling down about four times because I discovered it was too high, so I tried to make it not so high this time.”

3. Jose N.
“This is where people work. They write words on their computer and they get work from their boss.
I made it with blocks and stones and paper.
I did it all by myself. I feel happy because it’s the same size as me.“

4. Janeli and Blanca
Janeli: “It was a castle for a princess and a queen and it was a royal castle.”
Blanca: “The castle was for royal princesses and queens and kings. The castle was built for everybody and there was going to be a party.”
Janeli: “The party had a lot of people and then in the night everybody went home.”
Blanca: “And all the people were happy about the party. The queen and the princess had a celebration for the princess! And the people went again to the castle to celebrate the princess’ birthday party. It was her 12th birthday and there were 4 piñatas and four cakes. - The End”

5. Jasmine C.
“My building has a beach behind it in the backyard. It has a dog. They have money in the chamber where the flower and person is. They have lots of rugs in the house. There is a bathroom, a kitchen, a living room and a bedroom.”

7. Samantha and Andrea
Samantha: Andrea and I built it together. It was hard. We had to work hard on it. We put gems on it and cubes on it. We put on a lot of gems! We stacked the blocks together. The people were on the building. The people live in the building. They like their home.

8. Mauro and Jasmine
Mauro: I built all the things in the walls. There’s a bed, and a tree and an oven. The people live there…a girl and a mom and a boy and a dad.
Jasmine: They have a pipe with sea shells in it because we want to make the house fancy.
Mauro: It has a gun and a TNT because the monsters don’t come up. Some monsters fly.
Jasmine: They have a garden in the back.
Mauro: It has a money bill in it.

9. Jazmin and Heidi
Jazmin: This is a castle. It has a pool in the house and me and Heidi have each a side to each other.
Heidi: It is a castle. It was hard to build because we needed time to do it.
Jazmin: People live in the castle. There was food in the castle.
Heidi: My pool is the best pool! It is pretty.
Jazmine: There were little bottles of gems.
Heidi: On the top of the building there are shells.

10. Luis and Jose
Luis: The building is called Five Nights at Freddie’s in Jurassic World. My building is awesome because me and Jose were building together. We made a camera from the Indominix Rex and me and Jose were building with lots of gold pieces. The place was very dark. I had to put a light on it, made from a triangle block. It was so tall. We made four cars out of blocks. The wheels were made of pillars! There is a treehouse in the backyard and we used colorful gems and I used a lot!

11. Yobana, Sandra, and Katherine
Katherine: One day, there were three girls, and they were very rich!
Sandra: Their names were Jen, Sophia and Isabella.
Yobana: Sophia had one baby and a kid. Isabella had two twins. Jen had one kid.
Katherine: When they built the mansion, it was very quick because they were very rich. And they had a pool, too.
Sandra: Two visitors came to the mansion and forgot to bring the towels.
Yobana: When the visitors came, they went to the pool with the visitors.
Katherine: But the visitors made a mess, because they didn’t know anything about this culture.
Sandra: There was a party, and they bought pizza for dinner, then they went back into the pool.
Yobana: After the pool, they named Jen, Sophia and Isabella the Co-Queens.
Katherine: And they became richer than ever. The End!

13. Jason, Jose N. and Luis
Jason: This building is Jurassic World, and it has a lot of things on it and dinosaurs in it.
Jose N. : And there are people visiting the museum.
Luis: I made the raptors and the gates, so that they can’t get out. Dominix Rex is there, too, inside the cage.
Jason: It has a lot of decorations and it has people inside.
Luis: There are gold bones in glass cases for people to look at.
Jose N. : The gems make the fence electric so that no dinosaurs can get out.

14. Marjona & Medina
Marjona: This is a home. It has a TV, a couch, toy bears, chairs, and a desk.
Madina: The people are sitting, watching TV. It was fun to build.
Marjona: I liked making it. I like the bear toys best.
Madina: I liked the decorations on the wall.

15. Jose M., Javier, Kevin, & Blanca
Jose: This is a mansion and everyone is silently sleeping. While they’re sleeping, there is a robber coming.
Javier: I took a long time to make it. We put decorations everywhere. I like the middle of the building.
Kevin: There’s a hot tub and a pool, and inside the building is the hot tub.
Blanca: We have bunk beds inside that we made with blocks and tape and wood pieces.
Jose: I like this building. This building is the biggest one we ever made.
Javier: I like this building and I like working with Kevin, Jose and Blanca.
Blanca: The people are doing a show by the pool. When they’re tired they will go to the pool.

16. Janeli and Katherine
Janeli: It is a hotel. It has a princess and other people. And there is a beach. The princess is named Rosie and she has a bunk bed. It has a slide. There are rainbow seats. There is a camera that takes pictures of the princess.
