To navigate to iAPPS Social, from the TL Dashboard, click the tab “Store Social Accounts”

Select a store, and then click the “Open Social” button once it appears

7. iAPPS Social: You Have Arrived
Once you are in iAPPS Social, you can read & reply to ALL of the reviews for ALL of your Facebook Pages

8. iAPPS Social: Finding Facebook Reviews
In the upper right hand corner, click on “Notifications”

9. iAPPS Social: Responding to Reviews
Once you click on the Review, a dialogue box will appear. You can reply AS your store by typing an upbeat response and clicking “reply”.
