(A) Erythematous papules and plaques with scale involving the face, scalp, neck, and trunk. The scale characteristically has a “cornflake-like” quality and colour. (B) Perilesional biopsy sample for direct immunofluorescence showing IgG deposition in a net-like pattern within the epidermis. Deposition of C3 was also noted (not shown).
