Today, many companies are challenging potential hires to resolve an issue during an interview to test the applicant’s ability to think on their feet. Firms will ask a situational dilemma that a business may be facing.
Case interviews are designed to scrutinize the skills that are important to a business environment. Skills include quantitative, analytical, problem-solving ability, communications, creativity, ability to think quickly under pressure, thought process, and the ability to synthesize your findings.
Understanding what a company is looking for during the case interview process will increase your opportunity of getting hired.
