8. DECam preparation at CTIO
Draft installation plan:
Includes a prerequisites matrix where preliminary assignments of responsibilities have been made with representatives from both CTIO and DECam
Skeleton of DECam preparation at CTIO:
Currently in resource identification and allocation.
Bi-weekly “Tuesday DECam Meetings” (TDM)
started last week.
Attendees: ETS & TelOps group leaders, CTIO DECam scientists, & anyone else who wants to come.
