Problem to solve
Fiskars sells their products through many different retailers in the Nordic countries
These retailers shared information about the sales in each of their stores in different file formats, granularity
They had data from over 15 different retailers
Fiskars is as category captain a trusted advisor of how to optimize the sales in the categories where they are represented
They used Excel to analyze the data which became very time consuming and data was placed in separate files with no possibility to consolidate or compare performance
