Looking ahead, the challenge has shifted
POSSIBLENOW.COM // STRATEGIC MARKETING SPEAKERS // SCOTT FREY, ROB TATE Looking ahead, the challenge has shifted Since its marketplace launch three years ago, MyPreferences has earned a fast-growing client base, strategic partnerships with national marketing service providers and a place in the marketing vernacular. Its rise is notable not only in bottom-line business terms but as part of the larger shift towards permission-based marketing and the idea that the spray-and-pray, monologue communications model is dead. As such, PossibleNOW holds a unique position as a leader in personalization, privacy and preference management. Looking ahead, the challenge has now shifted. New competitors have entered the space and a broad community of ESP and MSP service providers has adopted (or co-opted) our preference management messaging. Enterprise-class companies demonstrate a greater awareness of the customer experience challenges before them and are seeking sophisticated, seamless solutions to address their needs. While the opportunity for growth remains immense, new strategies and tactics will have to be introduced to fuel that growth and protect the company’s leadership position.
