All information should be 1” away from the side of the screen.
Set the text box to be 1” away from the left.
Keep .5” between text box and any image or charts.
To check the distance you can draw a rectangle, go to Drawing Tools and manually adjust the width all the way to the right.

We suggest using one of the transitions consistently throughout the presentation
Fade is the current transition on all slides.
Be sure to not extend the text beyond 1” above the bottom of the PowerPoint Screen.
