6 Powers Denied To Congress
Ex Post Facto: You can not be guilty of something before it was made illegal. Bill of Attainder: No act shall be passed that declare you guilty with out a trial. Habeas Corpus: Suspend Habeas Corpus. Prevents unlawful imprisonment.
