Attributes The biggest attribute of a chef is Passion. If you are not passionate about what you do then you don’t put your best into it and the product will not come out as good as it can along with you aren’t happy with what you are doing. You also need to be very organized as a chef, you need to know where everything is and you need to keep your workspace clean.

Skills You need to be able to remember all of your recipes and make them as good as they can possible be. You need to be creative with what you are cooking, people aren’t going to pay a lot for something anybody can make You need to be clean and have a clean workspace.

My short term goals Take as many foods courses in high school as I can. Cook at home as much as possible and become better as I go. Get a job in the food industry. Find the school I want to go to and a way to pay for it.

Long term goals I would like to become a chef at a restaurant like the keg or earls and maybe own my own restaurant one day.
