1 Activity Brief and Agenda
EuroCPS Bootcamp Activity Brief and Agenda 18 January 2018 09:00 – 17:30 Digital Catapult 101 Euston Road, London

2 EuroCPS Bootcamp Brief
The EuroCPS project has worked with a cohort of Small & Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) to accelerate Cyber Physical System (CPS) technologies and applications through a programme of Industrial Experiments. The purpose of this Bootcamp is to deliver a tailored coaching event to assist in developing skills to help participating SMEs to scale their businesses moving forward. Based on SME feedback, expert coaching will be provided in the following areas: Defining Value Propositions Strategic Marketing Accessing Finance & Capital Exporting Products & Services Growing & Scaling Teams Pitching Skills Coaching will take the form of 15 minute presentations, followed by minute coaching sessions between the SMEs and the Coaches. During the coaching sessions, SMEs are encouraged to ask questions based on the presentation material and to ask for feedback/guidance specific to their companies. To ensure this time is spent as effectively as possible, we ask the SMEs to consider in advance: How, if at all, they currently approach the above topics Questions they might ask the coaches Following the coaching sessions, SMEs will be provided time to develop their own business or CPS product/service pitch (e.g., to customers or investors). Final pitches will be filmed individually and provided, free of charge, to the SMEs for use in promoting their business and CPS product/service. We ask each SME to prepare, in advance, a 2-minute pitch (summary) of their business and CPS product/service to serve as the basis for the filmed pitch. Do consider: A brief introduction to your business A description of who your product/service is for An explanation of what problem your product/service solves A summary of what your product/service does For any queries, please contact Dale Graham, Innovation Manager at Digital Catapult
