Enter the days of the week into row 1. Shade the cells a colour of your choice.
Enter the times for each Monday – Thursday school block into column 1 and Friday’s school block into column 6
Merge the cells in row 2 column 2-5 then enter “TEE Time” and change the cell shading to a colour of your choice. Enter “TEE Time” into column 7. /3
Merge the cells in row 7 column 2-5 then enter “Lunchtime” and change the cell shading to a colour of your choice.
Enter your classes into the timetable and add a different cell colour for each one of your classes.
