2. How to become a district or campus volunteer in Cedar Hill ISD.
An application is required for all district volunteers. Applications must be renewed each school year.
Please follow the instructions to become a campus and district volunteer.

Go to the Bray Website and look for VOLY link
Click on Cedar Hill ISD VOLY

4. If you already have a Voly account, just sign in.
If you do not have a Voly account, you need to create one.
Create an account or login. If you forgot the password, one can be sent to you. Click Forgot Password

5. Click to agree to Background Check
Fill out the Volunteer Application Form completely.
***DON’T FORGET****

To complete background check, fill out Volunteer Application Form. Make sure to AGREE to the Background Check. Scroll down to the bottom and click SUBMIT.
After completing the form click the SUBMIT form button at the bottom

6. Background Check Requested will appear AFTER you click Submit
Once you click submit, an orange box will say “Background Check Requested”. This is STEP 1.

7. Make sure to fill it out immediately!
After submitting your form, you will receive an . Be sure to check the junk folder in your . The link contained in the expires in 14 days.

STEP 2- Check your (be sure to check junk and spam.) Look for from Cedar Hill ISD Background Check.

8. Fill the form out completely and submit. The link expires in 14 days.
Approval time will take 5-7 Business Days pending no flags in the applicants background.
If the account is flagged for any reason you will be able to submit an appeal.
All volunteers must use their legal name. Any error when entering information will prolong the approval process.

9. The Link will take you to VERIFYI to complete the Background Check

STEP 3- Fill out Background Check from VeriFYI. Once you have submitted it successfully, you will receive a confirmation page.

10. Make sure to become a fan of your school
Make sure to become a fan of your school. This will keep you up to date on all of the happenings on your campus!

You can log back into VOLY to “BECOME A FAN”. This will help you receive updates regarding volunteer opportunities.

11. It will take 5-7 business days to process your background check.
It will indicate your APPROVED status on your VOLY account.
You can start to volunteer once your background has been APPROVED
It will take 5-7 Business days to receive an APPROVED status on your profile page.
