Toastmasters: Creating Club Leads
Jim Kokocki, DTM This presentation is intended as a guide to help District leaders engage a Toastmasters audience in generating some new club ideas To continue to reach our growth targets we will need to reach new niche opportunities. Niches are described as smaller, focused, and targetable sub-markets within larger markets The slides reinforce for our membership our mission to grow and make effective communication skills a worldwide reality One slide lists some actual niche club names and reviewing these should get attendees thinking about whether any of these could work in your Area, Division or District When concluding thank attendees for their participation and if they believe they have any sort of potential for a club to talk with leaders who can assist – name those leaders and point them out if they are in the room
