Online MOTO (Mail Order/Telephone Order)
This service is an online card payment authorisation and settlement service for cardholder not present transactions.

2. Online MOTO
Log on Screen – secure log on details provided once facility approved by Bendigo Bank Ltd.

3. Welcome Screen – This screen is displayed once logged in and allows you to search for card payments, process credit card orders, view daily settlement reports and process administration tasks.

4. Order Search – This search will allow you to view orders by nominating specific search fields, eg order reference only. You can also process refunds for your business if required.

5. Processing Card Order – Provides fast authorisation for mail/telephone orders.

6. View Gateway Settlement Reports – These reports allow you to view and reconcile daily transaction totals for your business.

7. Administration tasks allows you to change log on passwords, add/update or delete Operator details. This is handy for businesses with numerous staff as each can have own sign in.
