　 Christmas eve The christmas eve is on Dec. 24th.On this day , thounds of people will come back home to company with families just like Spring Festival .Most of them have big meals at home and after that, they play the guitar ,sing “silent night”. Today young men may watch programmes with families . People prefer crazy shopping during Christmas than ordinary times.The way of cheering changes nowadays as we all know . As for young chinese ,,they enjoy Christmas eve ,because they may receive presents from friends , l overs, relatives. Recently , it’s fashionable to give others apples as presents . Chines is a superstitious nation, ”apple” in chines pronounce is “ping guo”, we give it a new meaning “ping an” which means peace .So people think receive an apple means next year we’ll be healthy . But foreigners can’t understand why we behave like this .
