Although, Hitler said he wouldn’t take over any more land, Appeasement was the wrong policy for England in 1938, They didn’t know if Hitler was lying to them or not.

The Appeasement was the right policy for England in 1938 because it gave us six months to prepare for war and build up a better army, it got Europe out of the war and Hitler was now on the radar. Although Czechoslovakia was taken over by Hitler, Britain had more time to get ready for the war and was more prepared than they would have been if they hadn't  of made the appeasement and Hitler could have attacked and made it worse.

“Although, (Counterclaim), appeasement was the (right or wrong) policy for England in 1938 because (Reason 1), (Reason 2) and (Reason 3).”
Although Czechoslovakia had one of the best defenses in Europe it was right to continue with the appeasement of 1938, because it gave England time, peace, and allowed them to build their army.
