3. Hiking and Biking
The Refuge offers over 10 miles of paved trails for walking or bikeing.
Shore Trail folllows the dunes from the Visitor Center 5 miles to Brant Point.

4. Wildlife Viewing
View many species of bird, deer, small aminals, and wild ponys from trails.
Observtion decks give excelelent view of ducks, geese, and other migratory birds.

5. Refuge Regulations Fishing/crabbing permitted in desiginated areas.
Refuge pools closed to all boats.
Camping not permited.
Boats permitted on Brant Point from Septmeber 1 to March 14.
Open fires prohibited except by special permit.
