Steward Recommendation
The 2018 site visit report of Barasat project (by Padmanava Sen) is good. Hence I would recommend that we approve Barasat and Kidderpore for 2018 – 2019 Budget year. I would strongly recommend that the chapter approves ONLY the amount the Project partner specially requested. That would amount to: INR 7,04,000 (Barasat) + INR 6,19,600 (Kidderpore) = INR 13,23,600
