Reading: Unit 4 – Sequence (what happens first, then, next, last in a story), Inflectional Endings –ed & -ing (when a word has a short vowel & ends in a consonant, you double the consonant before adding –ed or –ing. Ex: tag = tagged, stop = stopping)
Language Arts: Unit 4 – Phonics (oo making the u sound), Grammar: Were & Was
Writing: Opinion – What is your favorite school lunch food? State your opinion, reasons why you feel that way, and provide closure.
