3 Step 1 – Summarize the problem
In your own words, summarize the problems that you are being asked to solve.

4 Step 2 – Target Market Who is the target market of this situation? (BE SPECIFIC, MASS MARKETING IS NOT AN OPTION) Demographics – age, gender, race, education, occupation, income, marital status, religion, language, etc. Geographics – what region, country do they live/work in? Climate, density? Psychographics – What is important to them? What do they want and not want in a product/service? What do they value? What is their personality? Etc.

5 Step 3 – List Possible Solutions
List four possible solutions for this event and the advantages and disadvantages for each solution. Possible Solutions Advantages Disadvantages Do nothing Solution 2 Solution 3 Solution 4

6 Step 4 – Choose the best Solution
Choose the best solution and explain in detail how you will solve the problem? What will you say, what will you do? Etc.

7 Step 5 - Performance Indicators
Answer, Explain, and provide an Example of how the performance indicators will be incorporated into your solution. Complete each step for all performance indicators Answer It What is the performance indicator asking?
