We are not alone and even across Europe we do not have the critical mass
Must speak with one voice
Should avoid Europe-only solutions
NrENs should present themselves a operators in the ICF to be taken seriously

4. Question 4: Do NRENs pay too much attention to high end users vs the others Is there „latent usage“?
Not really, NRENs don‘t really serve end users
There is latent usage because NRENs dont receive end users‘ requests
Should develop a ‚marketing strategy‘ to reach end users
