2 Why Should I Create a Template?
Templates are copies of documents that make a copy of themselves every time you open them. This means all your students can use the same document at the same time and it will not be blocked!

3 You Need to Add the Developer Tab to the Ribbon

5 Enable the Developer Tab

6 Make sure the Developer Tab has appeared

7 Click Developer to Get Started

8 Go to Harmony Elementary Click On Departments and second grade

9 Let’s Get Started Click beside Name to position your curser.

10 Insert Rich Text Click Here Rich Text allows you to prompt student with directions when they click. Plain Text Content Control allows you to type basic text without a prompt.

12 Add Directions Enter the Directions for your students here
So the students typing will match the font already typed in the document. Click the check box to Use a style to format contents Click New Style Click Here to Edit Font

Change your font
