2 Fig 1 Dermatologic examination found a unilateral vesicular rash distributed within the S2 to S4 dermatomes on the left buttocks (A), perineum (B), and posterior scrotum (C) that did not arise as pictured until the fifth morning after onset of urinary dysfunction.
