SITUATION
iQuest developed a Smart Office application that integrates with the Microsoft Exchange calendar to deliver at- your-fingertips booking and cancelation of meeting rooms. iQuest needed to deploy the solution in a trusted cloud without investing upfront in infrastructure, and to integrate with the new Office 365 Exchange Online to stay ahead of market trends.

SOLUTION
As companies are migrating to Office 365 and Exchange Online for their calendar system, iQuest’s Meeting Rooms Management solution benefits from deployment in the Azure cloud, by leveraging the Azure Active Directory for seamless access to the customer’s Office 365 subscription. Customers can simply purchase a copy of the virtual machine from the Azure Marketplace and connect it to their Office 365 subscription through the Azure Graph API. The configuration is performed for all employees at once, through the Microsoft Azure Portal.
