1. My Privileges Different functionalities are available like View my permission, transfer intimation, view request status, user directory, intimation of promotion, request adll. Charge/relinquish addl. Charge, intimation of leave /joining report

2. Task Lists Two functionalities are available i.e ACL and Refunds- If any task is assigned or refund applications are received, then it will be reflected in this menu.

3. Access Control Three functionalities are available:
Formation Management (Formation details & Tax officers Contact Details can be viewed depending upon the permission sets made available to a particular SSOID) Jurisdiction Management (Jurisdiction codes can be viewed) User Mapping(permission set for SSOID can be viewed)

4. Registration Functionalities available are as follows:
Active Registrations(GST Active Registration list is available after selection of respective jurisdiction) History Inactive registrations (No reports available) New applications

5. Returns Return types GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B can be viewed after selecting respective jurisdiction i.e Commr’te----Division-----Range

6.1 Registration Two reports are available: 6.1.1 Jurisdiction Profile
Following details can be viewed, downloaded and ed : Total No. of Taxpayers(CBEC and state Government wise Migrated Taxpayers, New Taxpayers count) Distribution of New Taxpayers administered by CBEC Distribution of New Taxpayers administered by CBEC based on constitution of business Number of SEZ/EOU Distribution of New Taxpayers administered by CBEC based on reason(i.e crossing the threshold,inter state supply, Voluntary etc.) of obtaining registration.

Following three types of taxpayers’ details can be viewed, downloaded( excel format) and ed : New Taxpayers assigned to CBEC New Taxpayers assigned to states Migrated Taxpayers

6.2 ACL Following reports can be viewed, downloaded and ed: Formation wise officers List(Designation search is not working) List of ACL Admins(Currently 07 ACL Admins are nominated in Bhavnagar Commissionerate) Permission set wise officers list can be obtained by selecting “executive set up” in vertical

6.3 Payments Following reports can be viewed, downloaded and ed: Taxpayer- wise Deposits can be generated Division and Range wise after selecting the desired month Total Deposit Summary can be generated Division and Range wise after selecting the desired month.

6.4 Change Formation This menu is used for changing the formation. However, it is not allowed, once the officer is mapped to a particular jurisdiction.

7.Payments Payments can be viewed only if CIN number or CIN Date is available. If above details are available, then GSTIN, Name of Assesee, CDR, Challan Amount,Bank and reconciliation status can be viewed.

Step By Step Procedure to migrate taxpayer from one jurisdiction to another
Go to Menu Access Control Click on Jurisdiction Management Click on Action(Migrate Tax Payers) Select GSTIN to be migrated Scroll Down Select Destination Jurisdiction from the drop down menu Finally click on move taxpayers

How to update email Id and Mobile No. of Taxpayers

Process flow- Updating Mobile Number & Email Authorised Signatory
Tax payers submits the change request manually to the Proper Officer Proper Officer makes the required changes Changes communicated to Common portal (GSTN) Required changes takes effect.

Steps involved Login using the provided credentials Select GST Application Activate Registration Menu Select “Active Registration” View the list of Tax payers active for the given formation Search for the “Tax payer” who requested the modification Activate “ACTION” button. It changes to Update AS ( Authorized Signatory) View the current id and mobile no. Change the required information Attach the request letter received from the Tax payer Submit, Confirm to view success message. Modification will be communicated to Tax payer through Common portal

How to save documents on AIO?

Make sure that your login on AIO and citrix portal is with the same SSOID (then only you will be able to save the files in the Desktop) Login to the necessary application Click on Settings >> Preferences in the GST website In General tab >> Downloads >> Save files to. Click on browse

Click on File System and then on Ctxmnt
Then click on your SSO ID. Open default folder Select permit all access. Open folder ‘C’ Select the user profile with which you have logged in on AIO

Open the Desktop folder
Now close the Preferences tab
