2 Aim To review importance of embedding functional skills in teaching & learning Discuss opportunities to use ILT and other resources to promote inclusive learning

3 Learning Outcomes Identify opportunities for learners to practice literacy, language, numeracy & ICT skills Explain how resources can be used to meet individual learning needs Identify advantages & disadvantages of using different resources Review how ILT can be used to promote inclusive learning

7 Finally Know your limits Practice using equipment
Make sure resource is appropriate Remember it is just an ‘aid’ There is no such thing as a bad visual aid If it’s bad, then it’s no aid at all!
