Formative Assessment Formative Assessment is a process used by teachers and students during instruction that provides feedback to adjust ongoing teaching and learning to improve students’ achievement of intended instructional outcomes. - FAST SCASS/CCSSO (2007)

Why use technology in the assessment process?
Speeds up the feedback process Shows trends in learning Makes it easier to grade, give timely and descriptive feedback Creates a more permanent record of the process Useful as artifacts for SLO Students ENJOY IT!
