How will you secure diversified revenue streams to ensure your can fund your work? Do you have a model that will allow you to continue your work and grow your work? What’s your plan to make your venture’s operations sustainable?

8 SCALABILITY PLAN Are you able to scale?
If so, what does that look like? Have you thought about how to grow your impact work? What is your plan? Is it feasible? Are you willing and able to serve a larger market?

9 IMPACT MEASUREMENT How do you measure impact?
What does future success look like for your venture? How do you plan to track the impact you’re making on the beneficiary population?
