Complications Mortality (In hospital) 2 patients (total gastrectomy) 2.7% major resections 8% Gastric resections Anastomotic leaks 6 oesophagectomy leaks (12.5%) 3 operated, no deaths (6.3%) 2 Gastrectomy leaks (see above)

Still have capacity issues for interventional endoscopy Jaundice pathway developed but not yet agreed with CCG (?) so not implemented and still see delays in referral/Ix jaundiced patients No ownership of UGI cancer patients when admitted as emergencies Still delays in feedback of HPB MDT outcomes (was getting draft letters, but has slipped again)
