What are the benefits to the customer of shopping in a retail park?

Out of town shopping centres
Out of town shopping malls contain many things under one roof. They contain other facilities such as bowling alleys, restaurants, cinemas. Due to good main roads, retail developments are serving customers drawn from more than one town or city. Bluewater Shopping Centre in Kent is the fourth largest shopping centre in the UK. It is located outside London’s M25 orbital motorway, so very accessible. It contains 300 stores and has 27 million visitors per year.

Greenfield sites: Land not previously used for urban development Brownfield sites: Land that has been previously used, abandoned and now awaits a new use.
